Objective
Understanding concurrency paradigms, models and patterns from a higher perspective. Acquiring skills for designing, structuring and developing possibly large concurrent software systems. Becoming able to distinguish parallelism in problem space and in machine space. Getting familiar with basic technologies and frameworks for high performance computing software.
Grading
Based on a written exam (120 minutes).
